With almost 25 years of experience, Shin-I Lowe represents domestic and multinational employers in connection with U.S. immigration-related employment issues in various industries, including:

  • Transportation and logistics

  • Healthcare

  • Media

  • Agriculture


Shin-I regularly counsels employers on:

  • Work visas: H-1B, E-2, E-3, L-1, TN, O-1

  • Evaluating and analyzing issues to ensure the smooth transfer of personnel to the U.S.

  • Green card sponsorship and strategy: PERM, Multinational Managers, Extraordinary Ability, National Interest Waiver

  • I-9 compliance in M&A scenarios
