About The Event

Join Central Oregon SHRM for a timely and empowering session on Mental Fitness and Self-Care, presented by mental fitness coach Stefanie Siebold. This engaging workshop explores the science and strategies behind building psychological safety, emotional regulation, and resilience in today’s demanding professional environments. Drawing on insights from neuroscience, positive psychology, and the best-selling book Positive Intelligence, the session introduces three core “mental muscles”, Saboteur Interceptor, Sage, and Self-Command, that help individuals shift from reactive stress patterns to a more calm, focused, and purposeful mindset.

Participants will learn practical tools for recognizing negative self-talk, fostering belonging, and cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in well-being. Whether you're navigating tough leadership decisions or seeking balance in your work life, this presentation offers a path toward greater peace of mind, connection, and professional fulfillment.
